Last year our Collection Boxes contained over £53,000, which allowed us to keep supporting local people facing cancer and other life limiting illnesses. We know that with extra helping hands we can raise even more.

Community Services Assistant -

The role is responsible for providing a secretarial and administrative service to a team of Clinical Nurse Specialists who work in the community. The role involves taking phone calls and dealing with a wide range of enquiries – varying in content, complexity and urgency – whilst monitoring emails and faxes and supporting with referrals, appointments, and patient correspondence.

Join the team and help to make St Gemma’s shops a huge success on the high street. Our shops raise much needed funds to support local people facing cancer and other life limiting illnesses. You’ll work in shifts, often donating one or two mornings or afternoons per week but two hours once a week is also valuable to us.

We are looking for volunteers to help at our Bramley Warehouse to help sort goods that are donated to the Hospice. We are very lucky to receive regular donations of clothes, toys, books, CDs, furniture, bric a brac, and much more! We need your help in sorting through the donations so that they can be delivered to our 24 charity shops. Whether you can spare two hours a week or two days a week, we’d love to hear from you!
