Creative Therapy Volunteer -

One 3 hour session per week on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
We are looking for volunteers to work with patients creatively in a field you have knowledge of, whether that is arts or crafts, music, creative writing, or utilising and adapting your own creative skills and ideas.

Senior Fundraiser (Community) -

37.5 hours per week
As Senior Fundraiser (Community), you will lead the development and implementation of plans to increase donations to St Gemma’s Hospice in line with the Hospice’s Income Generation Strategy. You will explore and understand the market in which you operate, understanding what motivates individuals and groups to raise money for the Hospice.

Day Services Driver Volunteer -

St Gemma's Hospice
Minimum once a week on any day Monday - Friday
St Gemma’s Hospice Day Services provide extra support to patients and their families if the patient chooses to remain at home during their illness. This role involves using your own vehicle to transport more independently mobile patients between their homes and the Hospice so that they can access these vital services.

Charity Shop Volunteer -

Join the team and help to make St Gemma’s shops a huge success on the high street. Our shops raise much needed funds to support local people facing cancer and other life limiting illnesses. You’ll work in shifts, often donating one or two mornings or afternoons per week but two hours once a week is also valuable to us.

Warehouse Volunteer -

We are looking for volunteers to help at our Bramley Warehouse to help sort goods that are donated to the Hospice. We are very lucky to receive regular donations of clothes, toys, books, CDs, furniture, bric a brac, and much more! We need your help in sorting through the donations so that they can be delivered to our 25 charity shops. Whether you can spare two hours a week or two days a week, we’d love to hear from you!
