Deputy Shop Managers - two posts -

Post 1 - Chapel Allerton and Chapel Allerton Furniture shops and Post 2 - Oakwood and Street Lane shops
£16,968 to £18,333 per annum pro-rata
Both posts are 22.5 hours per week
We are seeking two Deputy Managers who will support and deputise for the Shop Manager in order to reach agreed income and expenditure budgets, assist in the efficient management and development of a hospice charity shop and provide supervision and support to new and existing volunteers.

End date: December 31st, 2017

Knitted Chicks Assistant Volunteer -

St Gemma’s Hospice
1-2 days per week over January, February, March and April 2018
Last year our Knitted Chick campaign raised £5,475.68 which is incredible, so we need help with managing the amount of knitted chicks and crème eggs we receive and to hopefully raise this incredible amount again or more!

We are seeking experienced, dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Nurse Bank. If you are a Registered Nurse with experience in palliative/end of life care, oncology or long term conditions, have excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering high quality, patient centred care we would like to hear from you.

Charity Shop Volunteer -

23 charity shops across Leeds
Flexible hours
Join the team and help to make St Gemma’s shops a huge success on the high street. Our shops raise much needed funds to support local people facing cancer and other life limiting illnesses. You’ll work in shifts, often donating one or two mornings or afternoons per week but two hours once a week is also valuable to us.

Painter & Decorator Volunteer -

St Gemma's Hospice

You will paint damaged areas and small rooms around the Hospice, to create a warm and safe environment for our patients, their families, our staff and volunteers.

Warehouse Volunteer -

We are looking for volunteers to help at our Bramley Warehouse to help sort goods that are donated to the Hospice. We are very lucky to receive regular donations of clothes, toys, books, CDs, furniture, bric a brac, and much more! We need your help in sorting through the donations so that they can be delivered to our 23 charity shops. Whether you can spare two hours a week or two days a week, we’d love to hear from you!
