37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (08:00 – 16:00 if covering for other staff); some weekends and Bank Holidays (uplift included)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration team as a Community Administrator. We need someone to work full days (usually 9am – 5pm) on Mondays to Fridays with some weekend and Bank Holiday work, including during school holidays. You will provide a secretarial/administrative service to our Community Nursing Team, and also cover at times in other areas such as on the Inpatient Unit and in our Family Support team.
We are looking for an experienced, confident administrator with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. You will be interacting with patients, relatives and healthcare professionals over the telephone or in person at our Community reception desk, whilst providing a high level of support: registering referrals on our computer system, managing busy email inboxes and completing other admin tasks for the Community Team. Previous experience working with SystmOne or in a clinical environment and the ability to multitask in a very busy office environment is essential.
