We are seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to assist with the smooth operation of our Crossgates charity shop.
You will join our friendly team of staff and volunteers in supporting and deputising for the Shop Manager in order to maximise net profit. You will provide efficient management of the shop and stock, achieve targets and give supervision and support to volunteers.
The successful candidate will have retail experience and will be a friendly, customer focused, self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative. Flexibility is also essential for this role as you may be required to work at any of our shops across the Leeds area.
