We are seeking a HR Manager to manage the HR team.  We are looking to attract a highly motivated, experienced and professional individual to manage the day to day activities across the HR function and ensure the delivery of high quality HR advice, guidance and services.
Ensuring compliance with Hospice HR policies and employment legislation, you will provide line managers and supervisors with generalist, professional HR advice and guidance on recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
Working closely with the Head of HR you will develop and review HR policies and procedures and undertake a range of HR projects, including leading and managing developments and improvements to the HR system.
Educated to degree level with a CIPD membership or equivalent, you will have strong HR experience, excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills (including HR information systems) and sound knowledge and experience of employment law and its application.
