We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Shop Manager to provide relief management for our charity shops.
This role could take you to any one of our 25 shops from periods of a few days to months. Saturdays are our most important trading day so you will be required to work two to three Saturdays per month. Flexibility is important and you should have the use of a car for which mileage will be paid.
Managing busy, profitable shops in the absence of the Shop Manager you will need to be commercially aware, well organised and very hands-on. Our charity shops sell mainly items donated by the public plus some bought-in goods. You will have the passion and leadership skills to help motivate a team of volunteers in order to maximise profits, encourage donations of stock and to sort and merchandise goods.
