St Gemma’s has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Manager to join our growing retail team.  We are looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for driving operational business change.  You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating a range of issues in a busy operational environment and you will be a natural when it comes to solving problems and have a real can do attitude.

The post requires good knowledge of all Health & Safety legislation, ideally IOSH/NEBOSH qualified.  The successful candidate will be highly driven, resilient and self-motivated.  You must be hands-on with a key commercial aptitude.  You will be expected to work closely with the on-site teams to coordinate all relevant works.  You will also be able to identify opportunities to streamline business processes and systems to support our growing retail chain. Restructuring business activities to increase speed, efficiency and reducing cost.  Minimising operation expenditure within the business wherever possible. Ability to identify business improvement opportunities with a solid understanding of financial management.

Use of a car is essential.
