We are seeking a Shop Manager to assist with the smooth operation of our Yeadon Shop.
You will join our friendly team of staff and volunteers in managing the shop in order to maximise net profits. You will provide efficient management of the shop and stock, achieve targets and give supervision and support to volunteers.
We have 25 Charity Shops and a Retail Hub that work together to ensure that patients and their families have the best possible experience and receive the highest quality of care.
The successful candidate will have retail experience and will be friendly, customer focused, self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative. Flexibility is also essential for this role as you may be required to work at any of our shops across the Leeds area.
