This year, St Gemma’s has a fundraising target of more than £6 million. St Gemma’s Hospice is seeking a Supporter Care Assistant to join the busy and successful Supporter Care Team.
The team provides a comprehensive first point of contact service for new and existing supporters. You will be dealing with telephone calls, emails, written and web-based enquiries, with all the information being accurately recorded and updated to our Donorflex database.
We are looking for candidates who are committed, supporter centred with an ability to multi task and work well under pressure. You will have a highly organised approach, good IT skills, and a keen eye for detail especially when entering supporter data.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to listen and respond to supporter needs
· Accuracy and speed
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of databases
· Professionalism and be a positive team player
